ARK - 2/5 edition

     Ark is a cast bronze sculpture from the Rhythms in Geometry series. It is comprised of nine geometric solids that were created to embody the Golden Ratio, which is roughly 1 to 1.618. This ratio is manifest in the world in naturally occurring phenomenon such as trees, flowers, the human body, and much more. The repetition of this geometric solid illustrates its fractal nature and that it could be repeated infinitely. The Blue Ark is number two in an edition of five, already a very small edition, and is totally unique in its patina. The shape is intended to uplift and encourage a deeper realization of our own part within the rhythms of natural order.
