Refunds

InterFusion Art does not provide refunds. We are happy to provide store credit for the amount of the purchase or exchange your item(s) for another of the same or greater value. Credit will be valid for 6-months from the date of return.

Returns/Exchanges
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange. Please contact us at info@InterFusionArt.com for a return/exchange authorization before shipping your return.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Shipping 
To return your product after receiving an authorization email from InterFusion art, you should mail your product to: InterFusion Art | 150 Washington Street; suite 103 | Santa Fe, NM, 87501

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and we strongly encourage you to insure the item with the shipper at its full value. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
